As Director of Client Services, Lori Ann serves as the central point of contact within Guido Sarcione’s financial planning practice, helping ensure a seamless and responsive experience for their client community. She manages day-to-day client interactions, including scheduling, follow-ups, and service requests, while overseeing the preparation of meeting materials and client reviews. Lori Ann also plays a critical role in account operations; processing new accounts, transfers, rollovers, and insurance-related servicing while coordinating closely with custodians and carriers to keep workflows moving efficiently.
With a strong focus on organization and accuracy, Lori Ann handles sensitive financial information with a high level of discretion and care. She tracks applications and pending items, ensures all paperwork is complete and compliant prior to submission, and maintains detailed records to support audits and regulatory requirements. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping both clients and internal operations on track allows the practice to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Lori Ann brings extensive experience across insurance, brokerage support, and financial planning operations. Her background includes roles with Aetna, Brokers' Service Marketing Group, BayState Financial, and other firms where she developed deep expertise in client service, marketing coordination, and operational support. Throughout her career, she has been known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and professional partners.

Outside of the office, Lori Ann lives in her hometown of Barrington, Rhode Island with her husband, Brian, and their Welsh Terrier, Pippin. She loves writing, walking, rock hunting, landscaping, and making the most of the summer months. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her twin sister, Lisa Ann.
